I set up auto DN to answer ext. 38, I-RAD ext. AA answers. I transferred to DN 38 and it won't answer. I programmed a remote access pkg and applied it to the line and remote admin to Yes. It still won't answer. What am I doing wrong or missing? It's a CICS 5.0.

the I rad has been very un stable in my dealins with it
I have founr Opper. assit works even worse with the Irad what I have found is better is to just turn off the IRAD and use a exteral Fast Rad

Multi,
The best way to get at IRAD directly is to loop it from DN37, the IATA, to an unused trunk port (if you have one) then when you want to connect you dial, get the AA, then dial 37 and when you get the CNGs do a connect. The IATA works OK as an Op assist too... but the external fastrad as MMAZZA above states works better/faster.
