Remote H323 Extension Doesn't work.

Hello brothers,i want to use the h323 remote extn. On the router i point these ports (UDP:1719,TCP:1720) on my ip office,i left the enterprise and i tried to connect my 9600 series phone behind a domestic router from the outside,i only see the call server address(ip@ public) displayed,i even seen the ip@ of the control unit displayed on the screen,again and again.Has someone had a better idea to help me resolve this problem.

try at a different location with the remote phone or try to connect to a site that you know works then you find which of the two locations is the actual problem.
There is no big secret as long as you have all the checkmarks in place to allow remote h.323 extensions.

actually you could try this
put REMOTE_H323=1800
into the NoUser source number:

that will change the port as sometimes there is a problem with it as it is occupied by some Cisco firewall/router/whoknowswhattheyaredoing thingamadgiggy

Ok,but i only use the simple Remote H323 extn.I only set the call server whith the @ip public, and the others i left them blank.

On Network Topolgy Tab:

Firewall/Nat Type: Static Port Block
Public Address: set you Internet IP Address
