Sorry second problem...
After the RXN Agent 'A'has answered and transferred a service call to another extn. Agent 'A' unable to receive any service calls until the transferred call is cleared. Agent 'A' can get direct (non-sec) calls ok.
It's like Solidus targets the RXN but doesnt recognise the call is transferred and extn is free, maybe no CSTA event sent notifying applink of this transfer?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated on this.
