they can call remote to local phone ring but no voice

Connection From ISP to cyber om (i did port forward on it ) i change port from 5060 to 30000

What could be reason for not getting communication,Please assist

My whats app +255658234467

Have you setup media relay on the system with fixed ip and change nat sip port to anything except any thing with 5060 in it.

you have to do port forward from nat port to internal port on the system i.e 5060 or 30000 if you changed sip register server port on the system

you also have to port fwd 16000 to 16511 to the dsp IP

last is to be sure you have changed port/ remote to remote and not local

Yes, i have set fixed IP address on media relay and NAT - SIP Proxy Server Port No. 30000,
Sorry where will i get port fwd 16000 to 16511 to the dsp IP?
My pbx IP address is 192.168.22.50
DSP 1 192.168.22.51
DSP 2 192.168.22.51
Go through attached picture then you can advice accordingly

I would advise you delete those pictures and change that port as everyone will know it and could try to hack you.

On your firewall forward udp ports 16000 to 16511 to your dsp. If you have a large dsp you will also have to forward the next 512 ports to second dsp. Your 2 dsps cant have the same address

After any ports ot Ip address changes you have to reboot the system

Your internal sip server port shouldn’t be open on the firewall only nat sip port translated to internal sip registers port

Hi all,

Thanks very much for the support
