Remote extension on a Norstar MICS

Could someone has a ability on how to add an analogue on a distance Norstar MICS.
the customer want to add one or more analogue phone from a distance Norstar MICS system without needed to by a new one

If they can supply fiber ends then use these to add a 0X16 for digital sets:

There is a large distance between the two site,so it's impossible to them to provide the fiber end. Other ways to do it ??

Hello guys!
I think i almost ready on how to use some analogue extensions for remote ext over a distance Norstar Mics system phone. a hardware that is going to connect in the PBX such as Mediatrix (VOIP Adapter)
But i missed one thing,
Do i will need a public address Ip from an ISP such as Internet Service Provider. Cause on that documentation on page three i noticed that i will create a NAT Forwarding on a router ??

If you can go IP take a look at Citel also they are Dev Partners of Avaya.

The "IP" means Internet Protocol or Internet Provider ?
