Remote exchnage agent

I get the 2 messages everytime I try to backup the exchange server for the last 2-3 weeks. If an update is needed, where can I get it from and how would i install it ?

Please upgrade the Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000.

Request it from your vendor. If you bought it from Veritas, go to

http://www.support.Veritas.com

and look for the upgrade. It might not be a free upgrade though. You'll have to check with whomever you purchased it from.

I think I mispoke....when you loaded the update for BE did you reapply ALL of your licenses? When I loaded my update to take me to build 3878, all of my Agents were updated at the same time including my Remote Agents.
