Remote DND Removal

This is probably something that can be done simply but for the life of me I cannot remember how to remove an IP set from DND remotely......any help is appreciated.

Check the Feature Access Codes Form for "Do Not Disturb - Cancel Remote". This is a custom code and can be specific to your system.
You will also have to make sure that "Do Not Disturb - Access to remote phones" is set to yes in your COS.


There is also a new DND form that allows you to change this from ESM. "Users and Devices/Advanced Configuration/DND
