Remote dial up question...NEED HELP

I am going to be running a batch file that copies files from one folder to another then the files are deleted in the original folder, they are compressed in the new folder. After this i need to have this batch file make a dial up connection, the trick is that the system doesn't have a modem locally and CANT have one. I need to have the process dial a modem on another computer, then transmit the information.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
