I'm networking two BCM400's via VoIP. Systems are 60+ miles apart. I can place VoIP calls from A to B, and from B to A without fail. I now need to make local calls through system B from system A and vice versa. I've never tried it over VoIP, and I know that VoIP won't pass DTMF...

Is this a "remote access" issue or a "routing" issue?

You have to create a destination code (ex 8) to go to your ip pool and in external number of the route, enter the destination code of the other system to go to the pstn (ex 9)(dn type: public)
Remote access package: allow pstn pool and ip pool;
In your remote gateway, add 9 to go in the other system;
Don't forget to verified your restriction and remote restriction of the set and the line (ip and pstn).

Good luck
gl
