Remote Desktop Web Connection

I am unable to connect to Home computer using Remote Desktop Web Connection
I think it has something to do with the IP Addresses ????????
Here are the details

Home Computer MS XP Pro Sp2
Remote Computer Windows ME



Home Computer IP Addresses

Whatismyip.org returns 10.0.33.15 Ping ok
Whatismyip.com returns 83.220.200.100 Ping ok

Http://10.0.33.15/tsweb

Displays Windows Remote Desktop Web Connection Screen

Http://83.220.200.100/tsweb

This page cannot be displayed

You do know that you can route a Private ip?

Looks like your home PC is being NATed you need to sort that out first.
