Hi
I'm trying to Remote Desktop to a Windows Server 2003 box from Windows Vista Ultimate box. I am able to go from the Server to Vista. but not the other way around. Is there something that I have to do in Windows Server 2003 to allow me to remote desktop from other computers?

Have you made sure that Remote Desktop is enabled on the Win2003 box?

System Properties-->Remote-->Enable Remote Desktop

Also check to see if the Windows firewall is interfering with your comms

Also I run Vista Home and occassionally I find that there is a problem accessing Windows 2003 via RDP (requires a couple of tries but does work).

by default only admins can connect,
u have to set the rights to connect via rdp on the 2003 box (remotedesktopusers) and make sure u set the firewall propperly
