Remote Desktop session

Hi we currently use the remote desktop to connect to our Server 2008 servers.

We are having issues with people connecting and as a result disconnecting the current RD user.

Is there a way to configure it so only one person can connect and not allow a second person to take over the session?

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.
