I have a Linksys WRT54G Router with 3 XP Pro Systems on the network. I've been able to Remote to one machine via port 3389. But how would I go about setting up the router so I could remote to either of the systems? Could I assign each computer a different port according to their dynamic IP given by the router?

Wrong forum, but the answer is to set each listening client workstation to use a different port. See:
This is best handled by assigning static IPs for each client rather than using DHCP assigned IPs. The linksys will work perfectly well with static ips, just do not pick IPs inside the DHCP scope of the router.

For example, the default settings are 192.168.1.x, with the DHCP scope from 192.168.1.100 -- 192.168.1.149. You could use:

192.168.1.2 -- 192.168.1.99 with safety.

I will give you a sample definition:
192.168.1.2
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
