We have a remote access computer .. connected via DSL. My problem is that the remote location gets kicked off the remote access program at least 6 times a day and are unable to reconnect unless we reset the session on the server.Not getting booted off the internet connection, just the remote desktop application.Our server shows that their session is still active when they get kicked off
