i assume you are meaning that they cant edit the properties of the rdp settings?
if so probably hard to do as when you edit it that is the properties that it would take for that instance - you dont need to apply the save as for the ddp connection
you could nal it but not sure on the properties
you'll need to have a play - you can makee the .rdp read only and nal it
