Windows 2008 Enterprise. I setup TS licensing and purchased 10 per user TS cals. Everything works great. But now we have more users. I could not find a way to increase the number of cals from 10 to 50. So I installed a new keypack for an additional 40 TS cals. It still only allows 10 users. If I look at TS Licensing > Licensing Diagnosis it shows "Number of TS Cals available for clients: 50" and licensing mode is per user. Any idea why it still only allows 10? I forced update of group policy. Reactivated license server. Nothing has worked. Seems strange to me.
