I ran into an issue yesterday that I thought I would share. It turns out that when you remote desktop into a server running Prairiefyre 6160 intelligent Q you take over certain resources on the server. Specifically, the sound resources. What results is that the 6160 software tries to use the remote users sould card to play the .wav files. Net result is the 6160 fails.
When initiating the remote desktop session it is possible to modify where the sound files / accessories reside under the options. (highly recommended if Remote Desktop is necessary)

Consistancy... Is only a virtue when your not a total screwup.
