Remote desktop advanced keyboard setup

Hi ALL

I have a win2008 server and a win7 PC.

The win2008 server is setup with English United states keyboard.

The win7 PC is set up with Norwegian keyboard.

If I use the win7 PC to connect to the Win 2008 server by using mstsc. The keyboard settings change to norwegian on the win2008 server. Any program I open on the win2008 server starts with norwegian keyboard.

This is a nice feature that makes it easy for me to find the right keys. The only problem is that some programs only work with English US keyboard setup.

Is there a way to disable this feature ?
