I have a Definity R9.5si with at home 4612 IP Phones via an Adtran VPN box. My users have no problem dialing and talking. They cannot however use their keypads once connected. So they cannot navigate voicemail Auto Attendants and the like. Any help out there?
Make sure you are using an updated IP Phone firmware version. (At least 2.8)
You also might also want to look into your IP DTMF Transmission Mode setting on the "change system-parameters ip-options" screen and make sure you have this set correctly for your configuration.
