Salesman's laptop is XP SP3, ACT 2009 and where his RDB is stored. He has connectivity to the LAN and all that basic stuff, been through those checks several times. Publisher database is on on-site Windows Server 2K8 R2.
He's had a remote database for over a year, now it cannot sync to the publisher database. Details...
1. When opening ACT I get "Your database has not synced in 28 days, sync now? I click 'yes' and the sync wizard tells me the sync is complete but the publisher database does not see the new data.
2. Tools > Sync > Sync Now: same as above, wizard says it completes but in reality it does not. Also, the bottom left it says "Last sync: 3/xx/2011."
3. If I make a change in the publisher database and sync on the RDB laptop it pulls the changes from the PDB, so it's syncing one way.
