Remote Control Tool

I am looking for a tool which will give me remote access to a PC (considering that the clent is loaded on the PC) if I know it's IP Address. Is there any tool which will let me have access if I know the client's IP address.

Something is wrong with my MMC for SMS administration. Many times it does not connect to the clients, even though I know that it has the Remote control client.
