Remote Control Tool Reboots my Clients

As soon as I try to connect to a remote computer via SMS SP4 remote control tool, it reboots the remote client. The client shows up ok, but as soon as I click the remote icon, it happens.

I have also tried to connect via remote.exe using the IP address with the same result!

Any suggestions?
