Remote control problem

We are running netware 5 SP2. On some workstations, despite the registration agents being run, they are not importing into the nds tree. Can anyone suggest some ideas I can try to get these machines imported ? any ideas gratefully received.

Are you trying to do this with Zen Works? If so, Novell has a couple of TIDs that provide workarounds.

I don't have the numbers handy, but you can check the support.novell.com website and query the databse for the particular problem.

I believe the current SP for Netware 5.0 is SP5. For 5.1 it is SP2. Hopefully you are running 5.1.
