If a "normal" user starts RCConsole.exe to remote control a PC in the network he will get this error message:

1476:You do not have the right to perform the operation.

However I would like to grant a special user (who is not an admin user) to be able to use RCConsole.

How and were do I configure the rights for this ?

I'm using NW 6.5 SP3 and ZEN Works for desktops 6.5 SP2.

There is a 'wizard' in console one to help you grant the necessary rights for users to remote control a pc:
Tools - ZenWorks Remote Management - Manage Remote operator.

Been awhile since I've used this, but I think you have to select the user/container/group that you want to allow the rights to remote control a workstation (or group of workstations).

In ConsoleOne, select your tree and goto Tools -> Manage Remote Operator.

Thanks for your answers !
I've got it working now.
