We have SMS 2.0, with SP3. When we are remotely viewing a machine, all too often the console PC ends the session with a "remote.exe error". Dr. Watson shows "remote.exe exception c0000005 access violation". This seems to happen most when we are viewing a PC and go to a web page on it, or if Outlook is open.
Found Microsoft article Q198728, which states that there is a problem with remote control and DirectX, but no solution.
We really rely on our the Remote Control function of SMS. Can anyone shed any light on a solution? Lots of thanks in advance for any advice!!!!
