Remote Connection - DC's

background: 2 domains - 1 parent(root) & 1 child; child domain - 3 DC's

the problem: receive "the local policy of this system does not allow you to logon interactively" error when trying to establish a remote connection to DC1 in child domain with a domain admin account.

why this is strange: i am able, with the same domain admin account, to establish a remote connection to DC2 & DC3 in the child domain. i am, however, able to establish a remote connection to DC1, but not DC2 & DC3, with the root administrator account. (all child DC objects in same OU, with default domain controller GPO linked)

summary: trying to remotely connect to child DC1 with child domain admin account.

hope explanation is clear

TIA

What domain is DC1 in?
What domain is the account you are trying to use in?
Make sure this account is a member of domain admins in the domain that DC1 is in.
