I support two users offsite that use Microsoft Outlook to connect to a Exchange 5.5 server. It has been working pretty good, although occasionally some weird things happen. Both of these users are having trouble connecting to the server from their remote locations. Outlook says it can't find the server, or that there is a network problem. When Outlook does open, and they click on the Public Folders, the error returned says 'unable to connect to folder, information store could not be opened. The local users on the Lan are having no trouble. Anyone have any ideas, Thanks a million.
