We have an Avaya phone system and I am new to anything with Avaya.
Some of the phones are listening on SNMP community name "public" and I need to change this, but I cannot find any way to remotely manage the phones.
Can this be done from any machine, or is this done at the call manager?
Also, where can I get a look at the config file the phone is using?
I would like to see how the phones are marking packets for QoS.
