Remote Conference Phone

Hi All-
I have a customer with IPO R11 who would like to connect a remote conference phone for a user. They currently have a few remote users utilizing 9608 VPN phones connecting to Cisco ASA. My question is the best way to accomplish. Looking through past threads it looks like the best way to accomplish is to have IT set up a hardware based VPN tunnel and connect IP Conference phone. Your advice or ideas are appreciated.
