Remote Conference Phone

Looking for some advice. I have a customer with a IPO 9.1 V2 who would like to install a conference phone at a remote users shared office space. The user currently has a remote phone (9608) using the VPN software. They have a Cisco firewall in place at the main office. I am thinking I could use some kind of SIP ATA or possible a SIP based phone that has some kind of VPN software. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would implement a hardware / firewall vpn.
Use a SIP conference phone like a polycomm or an avaya B179.
