Remote CCR Changes

Any way to change the greeting and CCR tree playing for a given table on a BCM450 r5? I see in the CP admin guide that the greeting can be changed remotely by logging into the sys administrator mailbox. It says for specifics see the CP reference guide but I find nothing in that guide about it.

Assign a likne or DID to the internal modem, after connected open the EM.

Thanks, Cook. I've done that but the office manager thinks she may have to access it from her mobile phone and make changes. I know, I know, but since she was able to do this from her old Samsung or Hitachi or whatever it was, she insists on being able to do it and read that she could in the CallPilot admin guide.

IP/VPN in via web browser,some trickery can be done to record remotely.4. Mailbox 102 then use 99, Allows you to open or close a business and or change a greeting number, you cannot record CCR or Table Prompt.
