Remote Call fowarding to fax line

I know how to use the phone to forward an extension to an outside line but I can't figure out a way to do it to an extension setup as a fax line. I've enabled remote call forwarding on that extension through WinSPM but am stuck there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Go to the extension, lift the handset, dial #33, 9, the outside telephone number, and #
