I have an Avaya Ip Office 8.1 (67) with embedded voice mail and essential edition. I enable/disable call forward unconditional from my 1416 phone and all works ok. Sometimes I forget to enable call fwd before I leave the office and I have to vpn to my pc and enable from manager. Is there an easier way to remotely enable call fwd without using the manager?

Thanks in advance

See mobile twinning/mobility and FNE shortcodes in the help files, that should point you in the right direction :)

Are FNE shortcodes available with analog lines? The IPO only gas analog lines and no access to One-X. Twinning works ok but I don't want my cell to ring every time I get a call on my IPO phone

With only analog linse and for of forarding off switch is not a good idea.
Your current soltion of VPN in is probably the best (PhoneManager woudl be safer than changing the system programming though)

Thanks IPGuru and Nte. Do I need Phone manager pro or will lite work?

There is only one phone manager applictaion, how it is configurede depends on how your user is licenced.

It makes no difference when it comes to setting diverts :)
