Remote call forwarding with AA?

I have a client that runs a rural motel. He has a
Magix with R1.5 software. He wants all calls that ring at the operator extension to be able to forward to his cell. I got it all setup and internal calls from extensions forward to the cell just fine. All trunk calls are first picked by the AA. When 0 is pressed, the AA transfers the call to the operator. The call just rings and rings. Operator extension does not have VM. Even when phone is in remote forward, this type of call does not forward?
Any ideas?

Is the operator phone "authorized" for remote forward and trunk to trunk transfer? If not - you need to authorize that under extentions. Also - check and make sure that "reliable disconnect" is set to "yes" under lines/trunks.

Yes, the operator(ext 100) is authorized remote forwarding and trunk to trunk transfer. Calls to 100 from internal are remote forwarding. Calls transfered from the AA are not remote forwarding. Do I have to add the VM extensions to the remote forwarding authorization?

Yes - and trunk-to-trunk. And make sure reliable disconnect is set to on/yes - or it will not work.

also if your vm is a merlin vm , set your 0 timeout option in the voice mail to option 3 ext 100
