Very strange issue posted last week but really never came up with anything. Customer has norstar 4.1. Has issues remote call forwarding to verizon cell #'s. Can however forward to at&t just fine. And also can dial internally to that ext that is rcfw'd to verizon cell and call completes. However if you 10 digit dial that did# that is rcfwd it drops. Performed call trap today with pri provider and they are saying the call is being rejected due to the calling party field is outpulsing unknown and also says something to the effect private. Not sure how are where to start to correct this issue. What kills me is that you can call internally to that ext that is rcfw'd and call goes thru. Any help where to check are where to start would be appreciated.

I don't know if 4.1 had this setting, but make sure Send Name Display is off for the PRI.
