remote call forwarding in basic

Can you remote call forward a phantom user in basic mode?
It seems to work when I plug a phone into the port, but when I take the phone out of the port it goes nowhere.

no you would have to do this through manager/ forwarding tab

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

In manager with basic I don't see a forwarding tab.
does not look like ip office mode

I do think you need to have the phone plugged in. I don't think you can do a phantom forward.
