Remote call forwarding from ACS Release 8

Customer has a ACS R8 509. As of two days ago it worked great. At night the customer pushes the night service button. Calls then go to the AA, they are give options to dial 19, 20, 21 , 22. These extensions don't exist on the 509. When they dial 19, its forwarded to a speed dial of 91. This works perfecty. The problem is with the rest of the options. 20, 21 , and 22 ring then the VM says, "we're sorry your party cannot be reached". It never leaves the system. Extensions 19 and the others have remote call forwarding activated and are forwarded to their speed dials from extension 10. The VM is a PVM(large). Selector codes are the same for 1 and 2. Why would extension 19 work and not any extensions in the 20s. Like I said customer said it quit working suddenly. Thank you.
