Hello Gents,
My client has an office in Washington DC and NYC. I'm working in the NYC office which has the following:
- Partner ACS R6 (3 Verizon circuits x 3 Extensions)
- Partner Messaging R7 (2-Port)
They wish to forward calls from NYC to DC when no one is in the NYC office. My questions is two-fold.
1. I know how to program remote call FWD. But can I program a feature button @ one extension to globally forward all calls or must I program a feature button @ each telephone to enable and disable.
2. I'm aware the client will need additional circuits. But if they insist on enabling remote call fwd - a call comes into NYC and is forwarded to DC, what happens to the additional calls that follow if additional circuits aren't available to facilitate the remote call FWD? Do they just drop?
Thanks in advance.
