Remote call forward

We have a magix with 4 incoming POTS lines ringing to the main phone only. what the customer is wanting is to be able to forward the lines using remote call forward. Is this possible and how. We do have a forward button set up and it used to work when calls were transferred through a T1 to the location, but I think i remember reading somewhere that it couldnt be done if its not DIDs or transfered calls. The T1 link is no longer used due to cutbacks in cost. thanks for any help in advance. Matt

You can do it with POTS lines. You need to enable the extension for trunk to trunk transfer. Sometimes a call forwarded out on analog lines is degraded and sounds bad though.

You also need to make the extension the Principal User for coverage and forwarding.
