remote call forward to cell phones

mics with NTBBO8GA-93 Rel.01 NV Ram cart, N17B64HA Rel. 01
XC 4.1 this is what I upgraded the MICS to, from a non XC 4.1
had no problems remote call forwarding to any cell phone any carrier. Now with the XC up grade some call forward to cell phones still work, and some dont. I think I'm going crazy trying to figure this one out, I cant look to the carrier since every thing was fine and they haven't changed any thing, so it must be some wrong with the soft, the Rel, or me witch thats never out of the eqution.
so some one please shine a light before I go into Pluming.

Are all the phones provided by the same carrier?

Do you have a PRI?

If you have a PRI are you setup for NI2?

Sounds crazy but I had this problem and changing from NI2 to DMS100 solved the issue. It was CO and system issue...

yes mics has two PRI's and the previsioning is NI2, I had somthing like this some years ago and it seems like I had a funky rel. level I'm just gettin old and cant remember what I did. But if memory serves me I ended up changing the software and problem solved.

If I remember correctly the R4.1 software needs to be V6.15 or higher. This release supposedly fixed earlier software bugs. You should see the version right after the R4.1 on the white sticker labeling the software card.

If remote forwarding is the only issue, I'd at least double check allow redirect for the sets with trouble before upgrading again.
 
Cool keep this in mind all phones could call forward remote until I took the software to XC, and thats when the problems started

Understood. Possible sw corruption? Toggle redir to make sure? Checking programming is free. I've had issues where an upgrade has cancelled, or "stuck" a certain feature.

Let us know what you find out.

Be sure the cell numbers are in your routing table correctly
