Remote Call Forward - Simultaneous Calls

Ok, another question on RCF. R6 with a 308 and PVM Card. System has 5 CO lines in it. I've added a phone, x17, and programmed it to forward offsite through the personal speed dial number 80. x17 only has lines 4 and 5 on it. All other phones have lines 1,2 and 3. All calls on lines 1, 2 and 3 are answered by the auto-attendant and transferred according to the selector code. Selector Code 4 is a direct extension transfer to x17. If second call comes in (there is already a call forwarded in progress) it will not call forward, but ring directly into the phone.

How do I get (or CAN I get!?) the phone to RCF 2 simultaneous calls?

since you only have 2 lines on your ext 17, and you are using them for the first in & out, add 2 more lines, as RCF takes 2 lines to complete

cvrbob is absolutley right according to the manual

■ The extension must have an available line to forward the call to an outside number.
