remote browser settings...

i need to determine some settings on the person's computer that is viewing my site...such as if cookies or images are disabled...will document.images or document.cookie return false if they are disabled or only if they are not supported? -Greg :-Q

try reading the browsercap.ini file on the clients machine with a javascript.

well, you can test for the object:

if (document.cookie) {...}
if (document.images) {...}
