remote bcm issues 2

hello

i have 2bcms connected ,
when i dial from bcm to the other,
the extension no# doesn`t show !!!
is there any setting for that ??

also i can`t transfer the co lines to the remote bcm !!
it displays (transfer is denied)

please help .....

Do you have MCDN? You need to put the bussiness name in I think in general settings.
Transfer should be like an external transfer it is following a route built.can you transfer an extention to the other BCM.

Also you have to program the Private OLI for each set.

yes am using mcdn
and i put bussiness name
and using private network
when i dial to the other bcm , only bussiness name shwos,
not the ext. .
also i can not transfer an ext.
i will try OLI

also i noticed ,
when i use public network i can see the ext. number
but i can not see the number when using private network

There are 2 OLI's private and public.
