Remote Backup issue

Hi,
We currently have the NRU 10.0 software. We are trying to perform remote backups of some complex phone systems. Unfortunately, whenever we try to perform the backup on a particular client we get this message; "Map File: AOF01ENG is required". The client has 6.1 software with a Fastrad.

yep you need to get the map files or get the latest NRU release
the original 10.0 did not have all hte map files
