Remote backup Exchange 2007

Hi All, we are running BAB 11.5 SP3 on our backup server and on our Exchange 2007 (Windows 2003 64bit) the Agent for Microsoft Exchange 2007 for x64-based systems is installed.

We see the following situation on the backup server :

\\Servername (IP or servername)
C$
F$
Address
Resources$

But NO Exchange information store... Anyone ideas? I also tried to install the Client Agent for Windows for X64-Based systems on our Exchange server but no solution.

Have you tried to delete the machine object on the backup server side and re discoveriing it?

All I know is the when it shows c$ its not finding a client agent.

Change the agent object in the Backup Manager from supplying the direct IP to RESOLVE USING DNS. This starts a full discovery to the target and enumerates all the agents on that computer.
