I have 10 IP phones set up at a remote location that are connected via a VPN tunnel to an IP Office version 9.1. The client has recently moved and since the move the remote phones will reset every 4 to 6 hours. sometimes two hours. I can run a solid ping in both directions without interruption. I have set up an IP phone on the host side and the phone operates without fail. IT staff has reviewed settings on both routers and can find no issues with set up. Same routers and IP addresses. The challenge is that the phones worked fine prior to the move of the host. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what may be causing the drop of all phones at the same time. Any thoughts as to how to resolve this issue would be great.

Unless I am misunderstanding, you are using all the same equipment (modems, routers, firewalls, phones, etc)? Or, perhaps the modem is different, due to different internet provider or location? If not, what changed? I had this same issue several years ago on a R8.0 system, but it was for a school district, and fiber was installed between the locations before I could finish troubleshooting. I am interested to see how this turns out.

Sometimes, I feel like a kindergartner missing out on recess, because certain kids won't shut up and get in line.
