Remote Audix Voice Mail

Can anyone out there confirm or deny that IPO has seen the end of being a remote node off CM and sharing MM or Audix? With R8, the option to select Remote Audix as the Voicemail source is no longer present, even when there is valid ACM Voice Mail License in Manager.

I know there was talk of discontinuing the IPO's ability to integrate with CM outside of 4 digit dial, but I hadnt seen anything official. If this is true, I assume the only answer is B5800 or nothing?

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

From version 8 and up the IPO does not integrate with CM anymore, you must use the B5800 software.

I heard that the Remote Audix VM should be returned to IP Office R 8.1..??

I hope the source of this rumor is correct. If not, I bet enough squeaky wheels could get it done by R 9.
