For some reason our remote assistance in gone nuts. We have one site that is flat out refusing to cooperate. We cannot offer remote assistance- error is "You do not have access to logon to this session". The same error comes up if they request remote assistance. The only thing that has changed is that the computers were updated with the current patches etc.
A computer from that site can offer remote assistance elsewhere, such as to me but not vice versa. Simple file sharing does not make a difference, the people doing the testing all have domain admin rights, the settings in the GPO are correct.
I am out of ideas on this one. Anyone have any ideas?
