Remote Assistance problem

I work as a support Technician. We offer support to XP users on our network in Germany via XP remote assistance.
The problem is that the user doenst see my mouse movements or keystrokes. What can I do to change this?
Both the support techinicans & users are on XP. Please assist. I know it's a simple thing but I'm missing something. Thanks a lot for you assistance guys.
