I'm having an issue with my i2004's and my Jabra 9120's and 9125's.
Essentially, there is an HID code being sent from my headsets to the phone when I hit the middle action button on my 9120's and 9125's. If I'm in the middle of a call and I hit that button, it triggers deactivation of the headset and activation of the speakerphone.
In other words, they're talking to each other but saying the wrong thing.
I can't use a lifter, because a lifter won't fit under the handset and allow answering and hangup...
Am I missing something obvious? Or how can I reprogram this HID signal to allow answering and hangup?
